Hong Kong Chef Chinese Restaurant was opened by a famous chef from Hong Kong in 2002. We were happy to have a good chef to re-organize our kitchen in January 2010. He has 40 years experience in Mandarin, Cantonese, Szechwan, Hunan and HongKong cuisine style. He used to be the Executive Chef of the House of Hunan -- the Top 10 Chicago Restaurant in 1990s. Especially, he organized many events for Chinese Prime Minister, Japanese and Korean embassy in Chicago. This is why the taste of our food are the best in the Irving Park area.

The current owner used to be a full-time College Professor of the City Colleges of Chicago. We redesign the restaurant facility with unique Chinese culture. It is our concern for customers to feel the restaurant like a part of their home. We are not only provide new food items, but also provide the Chinese culture for our customer.
